VIRTUAL Lincoln Conservation 101

Thursday, February 227:00—8:00 PMZOOMLincoln Public Library3 Bedford Rd, Lincoln, MA, 01773

Lincoln is fortunate in having nearly 40% of its land permanently protected for open space and conservation. Lincoln also strives to protect wetlands and wildlife while providing passive recreational opportunities along 80 miles of trails and roadside paths. This, along with other desirable factors, is what makes Lincoln so special and such an attractive place to live.

Join Conservation Director Michele Grzenda for a zoom presentation on the six-part mission of the Conservation Commission. We’ll discuss how this town board, along with the Conservation Department staff protects wetlands, manages conservation land, acquires open space, and educates residents on various conservation matters. Michele will share some tips on how residents can help protect the open spaces and wildlife habitat in their backyard.
