We will walk into the season of Summer with a fun Seasonal Story including Mindful Breathing, Mindful Meditation, a sequence of yoga postures to explore flexibility, encourage concentration, and stimulate inner curiosity. We will end the clas with Guided Relaxation. Intended for children entering Grades K-2. Registration required.
